Esprit du Bocage is a very special place, situated in the small hamlet "Launay" close to the village of St. Clément-Rancoudray, with two charming and comfortable self-catering holiday cottages (gîtes in French). Both cottages are independent, in a quiet rural setting, and each has its own spacious garden.

The holiday homes are situated on adjacent plots, each with private access and a large parking space. At approximately 7 km you will find two small towns with all amenities. Mortain is famous for its waterfall, that is the largest in Western France, and also has an outdoor swimming pool with a spectacular view.  Sourdeval has a lovely market every Tuesday, with a traditional livestock market.

Both holiday homes have been renovated with natural materials, thereby retaining the authentic character of the original farmhouses. The cottages are well equipped and comfortable and both have wood burning stoves; both romantic and comfortable for chilly evenings and the cosy autumn and winter season.

The interior decoration of both cottages is full of personality and an inviting mix of old and new, combining rustic charm with vintage and brocante. The warm atmosphere makes you feel instantly at home.
