Prices per week 2024

Prices below are per week, per cottage, excluding the compulsory end of stay cleaning fee of 60 euros, and including bed linen and kitchen linen. On arrival your beds are made up! We have decided to opt for a compulsory end of stay cleaning service, so we can guarantee a clean cottage to all our guests.

Low season: October - March, excluding school-holidays
Mid season: April, Mai, June, September, Spring- , Autumn- and Christmas Holidays
High season: July - August

• Prices above are per week, per cottage, excluding the compulsory end of stay cleaning fee of 60 euros and including bed- and kitchen linen. Your beds are made for your arrival! We have opted for a compulsory cleaning charge, so we are able to ensure a clean cottage for all of our guests.

• If you would like to book, we ask a deposit of 30%, the rest of the amount is due at the latest 6 weeks before arrival.

• On arrival a Security Deposit of 250 Euros in cash must be paid. If no damage has occurred, this deposit will be returned (after deduction of the charges) upon departure and after returning the keys.

• We are obliged to charge Tourist Tax. This tax amounts to 1 Euro per adult per night. Tourist Tax will be deducted from the Security Deposit at the end of the stay.

• The rental rates during the high season include the consumption of all water and electricity. In low and mid season the rental rates include all water consumption, and electricity consumption of 10 kWh/day. Additional electricity consumption will be charged at 0.25 Euro/kWh (cost price).

• A bath towel set is available for rent at 10 euros per week.

• In the high season and mid season the day of arrival is on Saturday. You are welcome from 5 pm. Departure time is before 10 am on Saturdays. In the low season other days of arrival are possible, in consultation. Or, you can also book the cottages for short stays of at least 4 nights.

• A baby cot and a baby chair are available free of charge upon request.

• Please note that our cottages are strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed at the cottages.
